In Rzeszów, buses will be waiting at the airport to transport everyone to Lizensk . Plan It Rite staff will greet you at arrivals to assist you onto the buses. Make sure you go on the correct bus based where you sleep (see detail further).

After spending some time davening in Lizensk and having lunch, we will divide the group between Lizensk itself and a hotel near the train station, allowing for rest and refreshment.

The group will be divided between the locations based on a drawing, and families will be placed together. We apologize, but bed swaps may not be possible unless someone is willing to change.

To find your bed location, please look out for the list and booklet with other important information, along with an admission card to all secured areas that will be given out on the flight. Please read the booklet provided on the flight to know your accommodation and which bus to stick with.

You can leave all your luggage on the bus, but the buses will not stay parked in front of the hotel or Lizensk. So, if you need anything, please remember to take it out before the bus departs.

The mikvah in Lizensk will be available throughout our stay, prepaid by Plan It Rite. In Lizensk , a warm lunch will be served until 5 pm, followed by dinner at 6:30 pm.

Optional: At 5:45 pm, a bus will go to Lancut for a 45-minute visit before returning to Lizensk .

If you are sleeping in Lizensk, the bus to the train station will depart at 9:45 pm from the same location where you were dropped off. Please ensure you have your train ticket; a copy will be provided, or you can print the email you will receive (before the day of the flight). If you can't find it, visit the Plan It Rite info desk.

Staying at the hotel:

If your bed is at the hotel, please return to the bus you arrived on within 1:30 hours of reaching Lizensk. The hotel also offers a dedicated pool and spa for our group. The hotel will not have a hot lunch, so make sure to eat lunch in Lizensk. There will be a coffee and pastry station, and dinner will be served at the hotel from 6:30 pm.

Optional: At 6:00 pm, a bus will go to Dinow (דינוב) for a 45-minute visit before returning to the hotel.

If staying at the hotel at 10:55 pm, the buses will depart for the train station.

Train:

At 11:30 pm, the train will depart from the station. On the train, a cold meal box will be provided for everyone with snacks and drinks. Passports will be stamped on board. The train will arrive in Vinnytsia, Ukraine, around 8 am, where buses will be waiting to take you to Uman, approximately a 2-hour drive from Vinnytsia.

Please ensure you board the correct bus for your destination. (busses will drop off outside Pushkina St and Heichel Hakodesh)

Return Motzei Yom Tov:

Buses will depart from Uman at Shevchenka Street and from Heichel Hakodesh building  at 9 pm Motze Yom Tov. To find the Shevchenka pickup location, simply walk up Pushkina St.in the direction of Hoshen Hotel  until you reach the end of Pushkina, make a left, and then a right. Please keep in mind that there may be updates, so stay tuned to our hotline (845-678-3555 * 5) or in Uman for any changes.

For those who arrived on the Monday charter, the buses will take you all the way to Poland. In addition, we're planning a stop along the way for a break, offering coffee, water, and some cakes to freshen up during the journey. The entire time the bus will have drinks and snacks with someone on every bus to service you

If you're on the Tuesday charter, buses will carry you to the Vinnytsia train station. Then, you'll hop on a sleeper train to go towards the Ukraine border, starting at 11:40 pm sharp. This train ride takes about 7 hours, and we'll give you a cold meal and drinks while you're on board. We won't be squeezing four people into one cabin to make sure there's enough room to breathe comfortably.

Upon reaching the border train station, buses will be ready to take you to the airport. These buses will be stocked with breakfast and drinks, and we're working hard to ensure a smooth border crossing experience.

Clarification: We initially received confirmation for the 2 am train into Przemyśl, but unfortunately, this train has been canceled by the Polish government due to ongoing railway construction. We are actively engaged in discussions with relevant authorities and corporate leaders to facilitate the resumption of normal train operations.

As soon as we have any updates on this matter, we will promptly notify you. Please be aware that the departure time from Uman may potentially change in response to these developments.

We appreciate your understanding and will continue to work diligently to ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience for all participants.

Once we pass the border, we will drive to a large spa where you can freshen up, and we will also provide some light refreshments (the timing depends on border crossing time). Afterward, we will proceed to the airport. Please keep in mind that the timing of the spa stop will depend on various factors.

Certification: All food served in Poland is under the hechsher of Kadasya (כדתיא), and the dinner box on the train is under CRC התאחדות.

Terms and conditions:

By booking this group/charter flight option, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I confirm that my legal name matches the name on my passport.

2. I possess a valid passport that will remain valid for at least three months after departing the Schengen Area (until December 19, 2023). I am compliant with all entry regulations for both the Schengen Area and the USA.

3. I will arrive at the airport on time for check-in and check-in no later than 90 minutes before the flight.

4. Tickets can be refunded up to 35 days before the flight (45 days for Turkish Airlines), subject to a $200 penalty (excluding any applicable credit card charges).

5. Cancellations between 35 days and 72 hours before the outbound flight (45 days to 10 days for Turkish Airlines) are only possible if the seat is sold to another person, with an additional $150 fee for a name change (if the current price is higher, the difference must be paid).

Tickets are non-refundable in the case of no-shows, late check-in, missing or invalid passport (or any other travel documents), or misspelled names.

6. In the event of a force majeure cancellation, PIR will not be responsible for providing an alternate flight (CHARTER).

7. I agree to comply with all flight rules and regulations set by the operator, LOT Polish Airlines, including following the instructions of the flight crew, refraining from smoking, using e-cigarettes or vapors, and adhering to any other requests made by the flight crew (CHARTER).

8. As a passenger, I understand that the air transportation is provided by "PLL LOT Polish Airlines," and LOT has exclusive control over the service provided. Plan It Rite functions solely as a booking agency and does not have control over the air transportation services. Therefore, I agree that in the event of any loss, damage, or injury arising from or related to the air transportation, I will seek relief from LOT and waive all claims against Plan It Rite, Inc.
