ARRIVAL
Welcome to Guatemala!
Upon arrival, VIP transportation will be waiting to transfer you to the beautiful colonial city of Antigua(approximately a 1-hour drive). After time to settle in and refresh, the afternoon begins with a guided cultural tour of nearby communities, including a meaningful visit to the local Jewish convert community and vibrant local markets, where you’ll experience Guatemalan traditions, daily life, and artisanal culture first hand. The day concludes with dinner at the hotel and a relaxed evening to unwind and acclimate.


ANTIGUA
The day begins with Shacharis followed by breakfast at the hotel, offering a peaceful start before the day’s adventures. Guests who wish may also attend davening at Khal Ohr Chodosh, joining the local kehila of Chasidic converts for a meaningful and authentic spiritual experience. Following breakfast, set out on an ATV tour through Guatemala’s natural landscapes, riding along scenic trails and open terrain that reveal sweeping mountain views and the region’s untouched beauty. This immersive journey provides a unique perspective on the countryside before transitioning into the afternoon’s main expedition. Later, guests receive a volcano briefing and preparation session, followed by the guided hike to base camp on Volcano Acatenango. Upon arrival, you will settle into a comfortable mountain base camp for an overnight stay, where the distant glow and steady activity of the nearby volcano create a striking natural backdrop. The evening is complemented by a warm mountain dinner, hot soup, and fireside s’mores and marshmallows, enjoyed beneath a clear, star-filled sky. Wrapped in warmth and surrounded by nature, guests have time to unwind, take in the volcanic landscape, and rest in preparation for the journey ahead.
SAN PEDRO
On Tuesday, the day begins with a spectacular sunrise at the volcano, followed by the guided hike back down the mountain. After time to transition and refresh, enjoy a scenic transfer to Lake Atitlán villages of San Pedro, San Marcos, San Pablo, and Panajacel. Soak up the unique history of these charming settlements with the opportunity to participate in an educational and special art class by local artists. Ever with attention to detail, packages with lunch and comfort food will be prepared to take along on this full day tour. Return to San Pedro after this action packed day.


LAKE ATITLÁN
A full day dedicated to discovering the magic of Lake Atitlán. Enjoy a private boat tour across the lake, visiting its most charming villages and scenic shores. Along the way, immerse yourself in Guatemala’s natural beauty through thoughtfully curated experiences, including wildlife encounters and zip-lining. This day seamlessly blends adventure, culture, and tranquility—set against one of the most breathtaking lake landscapes in the world.
INDIAN NOSE LOOKOUT
On Thursday, the day begins with the option to witness sunrise from the Indian Nose lookout point, where soft morning light slowly reveals sweeping views of Lake Atitlán and the surrounding volcanoes, creating a truly memorable start to the day. After breakfast, enjoy time to unwind with a calming yoga session or relaxing massages, allowing space to restore and reflect. The journey then continues back toward the city, with enriching stops along the way to explore Guatemala’s agricultural heritage through visits to coffee, avocado, and chocolate plantations, offering insight into the craftsmanship and traditions behind these local staples. The day concludes with a late-night departure from Guatemala.
